Approximately 50 to 70% of the US population will have orthodontic braces treatment at some point in their lives. The American Association of Orthodontics estimates that 80% of children/teens and 25% of adults wear braces.

As a top-rated Orthodontist for 20 years, we have seen an increase in adults in our practice, so that our practice is now made up of 35% adults.

Adult treatment is typically more complex and requires the experience and expertise of an orthodontist who specializes in difficult bites.

Dr. Sandra Lee has successfully treated many patients without extractions of teeth or jaw surgery that other practitioners had recommended.

We have proudly built a reputation for delivering successful treatment results to patients who have previously had unsatisfactory treatments with braces or Invisalign at other offices.

Oftentimes, unsuccessful Invisalign treatment can be turned around by combining it with a short period of traditional braces to achieve the desired end result. Dr. Lee offers Free limited braces to all her Invisalign patients to “perfect” their smiles at the end of clear aligner treatment.

Dr. Sandra Lee offers expert orthodontic care and treatment for her patients between the ages of 12 and 18 years of age.  Dr. Lee is the only practitioner your teen will see.  She makes a connection with each patient personally and ensures their orthodontic treatment progresses under her guidance.

Dr. Lee‘s genuine care and investment in her young patients shines through and ensures that your child will feel seen, special, and valued. She gives each patient her personal contact number so that they know Dr. Lee is never further than one text away.

Early interceptive treatment is a proactive approach to addressing orthodontic issues in children while they are growing and still have their baby teeth. Treatment is typically between the ages of 7-11 years old.

The goal is to intercept and correct developing problems before they become more severe; potentially simplifying and even possibly eliminating the need for braces, teeth extractions and future jaw surgery.

Dr. Lee uses orthodontic appliances such as space maintainers, palatal expanders, limited braces, or functional appliances to guide tooth eruption and jaw growth, address future bite problems, and boost her young patients’ self-esteem during the critical primary to middle school years.

Approximately 1/3 of our young patients benefit from early interceptive treatment.  For the remaining 65%, we place them on a free, no-cost recall schedule to monitor their growth and teeth eruption until they are ready for full orthodontic treatment.
